• I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults in California. I work in-person from an office in the Sawtelle neighborhood of Los Angeles and online with California state residents via a secure, HIPAA compliant tele-health platform.

  • My full fee for a 50 minute psychotherapy session is $180.

  • I strive to be affordable for people seeking therapy. For patients who are economically disadvantaged, I maintain spaces in my practice that are sliding-scale based on need. For those requesting a reduced fee, please bring this to my attention and we can discuss details before our first meeting. If you have questions related to fee, please reach out.

  • I don’t currently take any insurance, however, I can provide you with a monthly super bill upon request. Ask your insurance provider about out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates for mental health services. These can sometimes cover 40-70% of the cost of therapy.

  • I typically recommend meeting weekly and find that a dedicated session time is most conducive to progress in therapy. I sometimes recommend meeting more frequently and can discuss what I perceive the benefits of this arrangement to be with prospective patients.

  • I require a full 24-hour notice to cancel scheduled sessions, otherwise the full fee is due. I make every effort to reschedule canceled sessions within the same week.

  • Under the “No Surprises Act,” you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at 1-800-985-3059
